- the floor plan has 2 smaller singles (taken) and one much larger room that could be either a single or a double

- Single price: 1.8k

- Double price per person: 1.1k

- The space comes with 2 parking spots inside of a private garage only for our specific unit.

- Less than a 3 minute walk to Downey Way Entrance, and gated.

- Unfurnished, but comes with a kitchen and common space
