Hey guys! My name is Damian. I am studying abroad this Spring semester, 2026, and I am looking for a subleaser from January to the end of July, move in and move out dates are negotiable though (move in as early as mid-December, move out in May if not looking to sublease over summer). I live in a fully furnished apartment with three other male roommates, all super chill and easy-going. The sublease would be for my fully furnished room, which is a single (not shared) and with its own private bathroom in the room. Shared spaces would only include the living room and kitchen.
