There is paid parking inside our Gated Mansion community. $50 per month. The refundable Security deposit is $450. No credit checks. We check for savings, proof of income, criminal background check and a couple good references needed as emergency contacts. Our Application is Free.

The Bedrooms are shared. They are Dorm rooms. Large for L.A. standards. Inside a 5,000 sq ft Historic Mansion, that is minutes walking distance from USC campus and Ralphs Grocery store, along with hundreds of other businesses in the area. We are located on the North end of USC.
