Hi everyone! I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease at The Standard at Los Angeles, an off-campus student housing apartment! I’m moving out for personal reasons and am looking for someone to take over my lease IMMEDIATELY!
There are absolutely no issues with the apartment or my roommates. I genuinely adore the three girls I live with! They are all super sweet, respectful, and clean, and I’ve had a great experience living with them. 💗
📍 Apartment Details
- Location: The Standard at Los Angeles
- Floor Plan: Eastlake B – 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
- Available Room: Bedroom E, with its own private bathroom
- Roommates: 3 other girls currently living in the apartment (one additional bedroom and bathroom are vacant)
- Lease End Date: July 31, 2027
- Move-in: ASAP!
💰 Monthly Rent & Fees
- Base Rent: $1,413
- Parking: $125 (includes my EV charging parking spot!)
- Valet Trash: $15.50
- Monthly Damage Waiver Program Fee: $13.50 (I believe this may be optional)
- Utilities: Additional, shared between all unit residents
Total: $1,553.5 month + shared utilities, including parking and the listed fees.
The Standard is also raising its prices in October for new applications, so this is a great opportunity to take over my existing lease before the increase!

You would be moving into a furnished bedroom, so you wouldn’t have to worry about purchasing or moving in large furniture!
💗 Lease Transfer Details
There is a $500 lease transfer fee, which I am willing to split with you! Your portion would be $250.
