I am subleasing my room in our 4b 2b apartment. We are on the top floor, have a good size living room and kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. My room has both a ceiling fan and AC unit which is great for the summer months!! We have a balcony and a shared backyard as well. There is lots of street parking and only a quick 15 min walk to campus.
