- 2x gated community for safety and mailboxes
- Within DPS patrol + Fryft zone
-5-min walk to Ralphs
Management lives on-sit
Girl preferred (but flexible). You’ll have your own single bedroom, sharing the communal space + bathroom with 2 other female USC students
