Hi! My roommate and I are graduating + subleasing our room in a 2B2B at the Shrine Collection from January 2026 to July 2026 (dates negotiable). We’re ideally looking for 1 or 2 female students to fill our spot. The room is $2300 per month and can be contracted as a single or a double. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Village and to USC campus. Location: Within the DPS and free Lyft zone. A street away from Greek Row and close to the Expo Line for easy access to Santa Monica and Downtown LA. Super close to restaurants near gateway and on the same block as Spudnuts & Pot of Cha. Our roommates living in the other room are super nice and sweet.
