Hi Everyone!

I am graduating this December and looking for someone to sublease my room for the Spring semester (January 2026 to July 2026)

I am living in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment that is located within the DPS zone on 29th street. It is a 5 minute walk from Ralphs, right next to Indian Groceries and an Indian restaurant. About a 10 minute walk from campus and the village as well so in a really good location! My two roommates will be here for the next semester as well so we are looking for someone who they will be able to get along with. They are doing their masters in Computer Science and Health Care Administration respectively. We are all guys who love to spend time together, whether it be watching TV together or playing video games together. We also play and watch sports, go to the gym, etc. So we are pretty outgoing people and are super friendly as well. 

I will be moving out of my room early December (around December 10th) so if someone needs to move in earlier than January they can as well. 

Rent is $1200 (negotiable) and Utilities are a flat fee of $75 per month for all Utilities except for Wifi which is split with my roommates. We also have in unit Washer/Dryer.
